Annual Meeting

All partners are encouraged to attend the Annual Congregational Meeting to review the past fiscal year, hear from church leadership, elect new Council members, and hear about plans for next year. We will be voting on church constitution and bylaw changes.
According to our constitution, to be considered a voting partner, you need to have 1) attended a service in the current or preceding calendar year and 2) made a contribution of record to this congregation. Nursery is available.
Constitution and
Bylaw Changes
In reviewing the Constitution this past year, the Church Council found that some portions still describe a management model of governance instead of our current policy governance model for leading the church. The changes are needed to update the document to fully align with the policy governance model.

Council Forums
The Church Council will be holding two open forums to give everyone the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback in preparation for the Annual Meeting.
